Coates Fireworks are a professional fireworks display organization based in Gloucestershire, employing our own staff. Our team are passionate about capturing the perfect shot therefore we are committed to delivering the best results for our clients by being attentive to all their needs and adopting a detail-oriented and professional approach.

We seek to amaze and enthral our audiences to make the world a slightly brighter place . . . to create something that will linger on in people’s minds long after the sky has gone dark. We consider ourselves Pyro-artists as much as Pyro-technicians; using state of the art firing system for safety & split second accuracy, enabling us to produce perfectly timed firework displays.

With over 18 years of firing professional displays we have the expertese & skills to create the perfect display for your event. Fireworks are not just for to November 5th, a display can enhance any type of event; weddings, parties (public, private or corporate) and we have even fired displays for Wakes!

We have a range of display packages that suit most venues and budgets, including Low Noise Displays. We will create a full Risk Assessment and Method Statement for every display and hold a full Products and Liability Insurance of up to 5 million pounds. If you find a display that you would like from the set packages listed, simply email us with the date and location of your venue, we will make sure all is ok for the location and send you a booking form.

Once booked, we will contact you a few weeks before just to confirm firing times etc.

All prices listed are inclusive of all materials, labour, communications and clean up.

Bespoke Displays

Alternatively, If you would like a bespoke display, we would be happy to meet with you at your chosen venue to discuss the details of your display.

We can also choreograph fireworks to music. If you have a specific piece of music that is special to you then let us know, and we quote you for a display that will be totally unique to you.

All of our displays include the following:

Free advice:
We offer free advice to anybody with an enquiry. Our offices are open during weekdays and we attempt to be contactable at any time.

Liaison with venue & authorities:
We will contact the relevant authorities i.e. police, fire services and the CAA if necessary.

Display site survey:
For new venues we will use aerial photographs and speak with the venue to establish a safe firing site and, where necessary, perform a site survey.

Risk assessment:
Every show we fire will have been risk assessed in accordance with the HSE to ensure any concerns are addressed.

Insurance cover:
We carry annual insurance with a limit of indemnity for public liability of £5,000,000 and for product liability of £5,000,000.

Transport costs:
Our prices include all transportation costs.

Team to set up your display:
Our show will include a fully trained and professional firing team. For safety reasons, it’s company policy to send out at least two firers per show. We will setup and stay with the fireworks at all times.

Firing of your display:
Our fireworks are waterproofed to help avoid cancellations due to anything other than a very serious downpour or sudden severe change of wind direction.

Cleaning of the firing site:
We always do our best to clear debris and are invited back to many venues not only because of our shows but also because we respect their grounds.

When the display details have been finalised, we will send you a booking form, once completed and returned with a 10% deposit this would confirm your booking.

Terms & Conditions

  • No booking is confirmed until you have been contacted by a member of the team.
  • All prices quoted on this website are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.
  • We would require a ten percent deposit with the returned booking form, this will secure your display. The balance would need to be settled no later than one week before the display.
  • If your display is in a private venue, it is your responsibility to contact anybody who may be affected by the display eg Farmers, Livestock owners, etc.
  • Please Note, that we will notify the relevant Authorities.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change and prices can be increased without prior notification. However, once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price is final.
